I developed my signature OLM having studied at IIN with some of the leading figures globally in health and wellness and from my own experience recovering from mom burnout.

My programme is comprehensive without being overwhelming. It aims to build your stress resilience, make you feel safe in your body and restore your energy. This isn’t a fad diet or quick fix. A body that is burnt-out is disconnected and crying out for realignment. The process of returning to your natural rhythms or balance takes work and commitment but the results will be profound. Optimal Living Burnout Prevention

In some instances, our initial consultation may reveal some of the early or lesser-known signs of burnout, without having reached a stage where my signature Optimal Living Method program would be recommended.  In such cases, my Burnout Prevention program is ideal, focusing on maintenance and prevention and ensuring your natural rhythms are balanced so that your health can express optimally allowing you to be the best version of you, all the time!

Short on time to do one of my programmes? That’s OK. This is why I’ve created a special 1-to-1, 90-minute Power Session designed to assess your total stress load and give you effective tools to help you reach radiant health using the five pillars of my Optimal Living Method. The session will leave you feeling empowered and inspired and will give you practical tools tailored to you so that you can optimise your health and wellbeing. 

Of course, this isn't a coaching session! Coaching has been found to be effective for long-term behaviour change. The results you obtain from a power session will depend on how you use the information provided.
