Optimal Living Signature Programme - From Surviving to Thriving

3 months (1x90 minute health history + 5x1:1 coaching sessions)

The OLM is my science-backed, tried-and-tested, holistic, signature programme that includes: functional medicine, epigenetics, behavioural science, mindfulness and neuroplasticity to empower you to not only tackle current symptoms but more importantly, future-proof your health.
We get to the root causes that are knocking your energy and vitality out of balance and find solutions that are unique to you to ensure that you can continue to enjoy radiant health long after our coaching engagement.
What is included:

1. 1x90-minute Health Matrix and Strategy Session
A comprehensive initial functional medicine consultation where we will:

Discuss your medical history, your goals, symptoms, lab testing analysis, nutritional status as well as inflammation and toxicity burdens.

We engage in a conversation to find out more about you, your health, and family history to build your in-depth health matrix, essentially connecting the dots to form a bigger picture of how your life-long health journey led to your present concerns.

In-depth explanation of my preliminary findings and hypotheses, setting out a proposed initial course of action prioritising certain areas of health which will usually involve some nutrition and lifestyle measures to put into action.

Order additional labs as and when needed.
2. 5x60-minute Health Coaching Sessions - Your Functional Health Plan
After our initial consultation and findings, we put your unique plan into action by engaging fortnightly for three months (this is how long it takes new habits to be wired into our nervous systems) to address and resolve each of the issues that were flagged.
Health happens in layers and meeting regularly for three months will allow us to adapt and react appropriately as well as course-correct if needed when we start to introduce lifestyle changes and habits. At the end of our engagement you will have your own bespoke functional health strategy.
3. Access to my private platform
6-month access (from time programme starts) to my online platform with made-for-you tools, recipes, trackers and science-backed curated guides to help you reach your unique goals.
4. Direct access to me
Throughout the duration of your programme via Whatsapp or email if preferred.

This is why I’ve created a special 1-to-1, 90-minute Power Session designed to assess your total body burdens which might be knocking your health off balance and give you effective, science-backed, tools to help you reach radiant health, using the five pillars of my Optimal Living Method. This is the perfect place to start for women to start connecting the dots between their symptoms, their root causes, finally get answers and a clear path forward. My Power Session will leave you feeling empowered and inspired and will give you your bespoke plan of action.

Please note this is not a coaching session.
Coaching has been found to be effective for long-term behaviour change.
The results you obtain from a Power Session will depend on how you use the information provided.
Follow-up coaching sessions are highly recommended.

My seasonal reset is a targeted opportunity to focus on health and prioritize health-promoting choices. They are designed to raise awareness about the habits and choices that might not be serving your health and might be getting in the way of you showing up as your best self.
A reset is an opportunity to evaluate your habits, put a targeted focus on more health-promoting choices, and experience in a concentrated fashion how to disrupt disease-promoting choices using the latest science-backed information.
